1) The “Promoter” is VIP Computer Centre Ltd (Registration no. 2552402) whose registered office is at VIP House, 4 Hardwick Grange, Warrington, WA1 4RF.
2) This competition is open to select customers of VIP Computer Centre Ltd who are UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone
otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3) By purchasing SureFire products online from VIP to enter this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4) Closing date for entry will be 20th December 2024. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
5) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6) Route to entry for the giveaway is purchasing SureFire products online at
www.vip-computers.com/uk/. 7) The rules of the giveaway/prize draw and how to enter are as follows:
Eligible customers need to simply purchase SureFire products online between 2nd and 20th December 2024. Your purchase will provide an entry to win one of 2 £100 Amazon vouchers. VIP reserve the right to provide an alternative product of the same value. You must contact marketing@vip-computers.co.uk to claim your prize within 7 days so that we
arrange the details of your prize.
8) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God
or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the
competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10) The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any
prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11) All winners will be confirmed by 22nd December 2024. Notification will be by email and/or direct message on Twitter/Facebook. If the winners cannot be
contacted or do not claim their prizes within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12) The promoter will notify the winner when the prize is dispatched.
13) The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14) The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
15) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in
accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

17) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter
and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy found on the Promoter’s website or available on request.
18) Recipients of any prize or incentive via the competition or promotion are solely responsible for declaring all VAT related information. Any VAT, PAYE or NI liabilities arising from the prize or
incentive will be the sole responsibility of the recipient and/or the recipient’s employer, as a party to this agreement. VIP UK will not be held liable for any tax liability or reporting requirements arising
on the prize or incentive unless otherwise stated.
